A two-piece full-port ball valve in CF8M (316L) with a reinforced PTFE seat, rated PN40 and suitable for steam, water, gas and mildly aggressive media. The ISO 5211 mounting pad takes a direct-mount pneumatic or electric actuator without an adapter bracket.
Every valve is shell-tested at 1.5× the pressure rating and seat-tested at 1.1× before packing. Certificates are issued per batch and reference the heat number of the body casting, so a material question can be answered years later.

Individually. Shell and seat testing is applied to 100% of valves, not a sample. The certificate lists the test pressures and the batch reference, and can be traced to the body casting heat number.
Yes. We can supply the valve with a pneumatic double-acting or spring-return actuator mounted, tested and cycle-run before packing, so it arrives ready to pipe.
Yes, up to +180 °C with the standard RTFE seat. For saturated steam above 180 °C, specify the metal-seated variant — tell us the pressure and temperature and we will confirm the right seat material.
A pressure test certificate per batch, an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate for the body, and a packing list. A PED declaration of conformity and a material traceability chart are available on request at no extra cost.
