A welded and powder-coated enclosure for machine-mounted control panels, produced from 1.5 mm S355 sheet with a formed gasket groove that takes a standard extruded seal to IP54. Hinges, locks and cable glands can be fitted before coating.
All flat patterns are nesting-optimised before cutting, which usually reduces material cost by 8–12% against a naive layout. The gasket groove is formed in a single press operation, so it stays concentric with the door through the whole batch.

Yes, as a DXF, once the design is agreed. Some customers cut the flat parts locally and buy only the formed and coated assemblies from us — that works fine and we quote it that way.
The groove is formed in a dedicated press tool that locates from the same reference edge as the door cut-out, and one assembly per batch is tested to IP54 with a water spray.
Yes, in 304 or 316L at 1.5 or 2.0 mm, without powder coating (brushed or glass-bead blasted finish). Expect roughly 2.6× the carbon steel price because of material and slower cutting.
