## Process chain

Fibre laser cutting up to 20 mm mild steel, 12 mm stainless; 160-tonne press brakes with automatic tool change; MIG, TIG and robotic spot welding; deburring, zinc plating and powder coating.

## What you get

  • Flat-pattern DFM review before tooling, at no cost
  • Welding to EN ISO 15614 procedure qualification on request
  • Powder coating to RAL, 60–80 µm, salt-spray tested to 500 hours
  • Dimensional report against the drawing, with GD&T where specified
