## Why custom

Standard catalogue fasteners rarely fit a cast housing exactly. We produce specials to drawing: non-standard thread pitches, shoulder bolts, captive studs, tamper-resistant heads and bespoke lengths.

## Capability

• Cold forming for high volume, from 50,000 pieces
• CNC turning for low volume and complex geometry, from 500 pieces
• Thread rolling rather than cutting, for a stronger fatigue-resistant thread
• Property class 8.8, 10.9 and A2-70 / A4-80 stainless

## Plating

Zinc trivalent passivated, zinc-nickel, geomet and Dacromet, all RoHS compliant.
