A four-bolt mounting bracket machined from solid 304 stainless bar on a 4-axis horizontal machining centre. Designed as a drop-in replacement for a die-cast bracket on industrial pump assemblies, with the bores finish-bored in a single setup so the hole-to-hole centre distance holds without a secondary operation.
Die-cast brackets move with temperature and lose the bore tolerance after a few thousand cycles. A machined bracket holds ±0.01 mm across the whole batch, which removes a shimming step from the customer assembly line.

The first piece is measured on a CMM and the report is sent before the batch continues. Every subsequent part is checked with calibrated plug gauges, and a dimensional report travels with the shipment.
