A laser cut and deburred mounting plate for prototype and ramp-up builds, produced from one piece upward with no setup charge beyond the material. Send a DXF or STEP file and you get a price, a lead time and a DFM note the next business day.
Cut profiles hold ±0.15 mm on 3 mm sheet and ±0.25 mm on 12 mm sheet, which is inside what most weldment and fixture designs need. If a feature needs better, we will say so and machine it instead.
No separate setup charge — the laser is programmed from your DXF automatically. You pay for material, machine time and deburring, nothing else.
DXF or DWG for flat parts, STEP or IGES for anything with bends or machined features. A PDF is useful for the tolerance callouts but not enough to cut from.
For up to 50 pieces we can usually cut in 2 days and ship by air express, so a parcel reaches Germany in about a week door to door.
